To be considered, applicants should demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. As part of the application process, income is verified through Nova Credit. Applications that do not meet or are unable to verify this requirement may not be approved.

In the event you do not qualify, your rental concessions can be applied, at your election, to move-in assistance provided by a third-party, pursuant to additional terms.
